Power Flow

Power Flow is a powerful vinyasa class, which connects movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures designed to promote strength, balance, and flexibility. This class detoxifies and rejuvenates the body and mind through movement, balance and intention. This is a dynamic and energizing practice, which sculpts and tones every muscle in the body while increasing flexibility and strength on and off the mat. You don’t need to be an intense yogi or extremely flexible to take this class. We will meet you where you are and take you on a powerful journey.  

PLEASE NOTE: Our instructors each have a unique style, so no two classes will be the same! Come with an open mind and ready to flow + breathe.

Flow + Release

We’ll have you floating out of the studio after a yummy Flow + Release class!  We get the body heated up with an invigorating flow + a little CORE (to ignite your inner fire) followed by a restorative deep stretch with a little meditation for the perfect combination of energy and relaxation. In flow, we connect movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures which promote strength, balance, and flexibility. In release, we hold relaxing postures that target the tightness in your body and tension in your mind. This combination of Flow + Release along with a meditative state of mind, will create balance and harmony within the body, mind, and soul.

Warm Yin Yoga

Our Yin style class is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for three-five minutes per pose in a warm room. This practice can be therapeutic for joint pain and is an amazing compliment to any cardio workout and flow-based yoga routines. Through longer passive holds, Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving your range of motion. This is the class for you if you want to relax and improve your flexibility!

Yoga Sculpt

This method will tap you into both mind + body, allowing you to let GO of anything not serving you. You’ll experience a fusion of strength and movement, yoga, and burst of cardio set to upbeat tunes & high temps! Think Cardio-Sculpt meets yoga. You will create lean, flexible muscles while igniting your cardiovascular system. A balance of strength, stretch, and intensity, SCULPT will help you boost your metabolism while creating a stronger YOU- mindfully and physically! Be ready to have FUN + let GO!

SOL Flow

Our SOL Flow yoga class combines breath with movement.  It’s a slower paced, warm class that allows you to slow down both the mind and body, while connecting movement with breath.  The room is set at a nice, cozy warm temp which allows you to receive the benefits of Inrared heat while warming the muscles to achieve optimal stretch.  This class is perfect for ALL, regardless of prior yoga experience!

Fusion

This class is the perfect FUSION of traditional Hot 26 yoga postures, core work + elements of  vinyasa flow. Designed as a set sequence, the class becomes more familiar each time it is experienced. SOL Fusion is great place to begin to explore yoga in the heated room, as it balances the dynamic movements of power vinyasa with traditional standing postures.  Expect to leave detoxed, empowered and ready to conquer the day!

Barre

Our Barre classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the burn every day! Unlike other Barre workouts, ours is performed in a warm room (to receive benefits of Infrared Heat)  and focuses on burning fat, toning, and detoxing while building strength and flexibility.  Our Barre classes fuse together elements of Yoga, Pilates, & Barre into a total body workout. This class may incorporate light hand weights, bands, balls, and gliders as well as the occasional blast of cardio!  Our Barre classes are a FUN time and will have your muscles burning and your seat lifted.

Please note:  Each instructor brings their own unique version of barre to NoloSol!  We welcome different styles of barre at the studio to keep things exciting and NEW!

Foundation Flow

This class is designed for beginners or the experienced practitioner, who wants to slow down and focus on the building blocks of a power vinyasa yoga practice.  This class moves at a slow pace with a focus on breaking postures down, through an in-depth explanation on alignment and breath.  This class allows for questions and answers, so that the practitioner walks away with a clear understanding of postures and alignment.  Leave revitalized and renewed.  All levels of experience are welcome.

Hot Pilates

A twist on classic mat Pilates! This class utilizes key principles of Classic Mat Pilates: Posture alignment, Core stability and Controlled movement. Get ready to sweat, burn & have fun with the use of weights, bands, & body weight on your mat! This class will build your heart rate up for maximum burn, while keeping movements low impact to protect your joints!
